The store sells authentic optical, sunglasses, and sports eyewear from global brands, in addition to free eye exams, appointment booking, and consultations, to customers within the State of Qatar, with delivery available across the country.
3. Account & Registration
You may shop as a guest without creating an account, by verifying your phone number and email with a single one-time code. You may also create a permanent account to make it easier to track your orders, wishlist, and appointments. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
4. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product information (images, descriptions, sizes, prices), although colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Prices are shown in Qatari Riyal and include any applicable taxes as configured; prices may also be shown in other currencies for approximation only, while the actual amount charged for electronic payments will be in Qatari Riyal. The store reserves the right to modify prices and product availability without prior notice.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the product, and the order is considered confirmed once payment is completed or Cash on Delivery is selected. The payment methods actually available are shown on the checkout page, and may include Cash on Delivery or electronic payment through a certified payment gateway.

We deliver across all areas of the State of Qatar. Shipping fees and estimated delivery time are calculated based on the area and are clearly shown before order confirmation.
7. Free Exams & Appointments
Customers may book a free eye exam, consultation, or meeting through the "Book Free Exam" page by selecting a convenient date and time. A confirmation and reminder are sent via WhatsApp and/or email. The store may reschedule an appointment in coordination with the customer when necessary.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Product returns are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website; please review it for the detailed terms and timeframes.
